Christian Hamšík, the 15-year-old son of Slovakian football icon Marek Hamšík, has signed a deal with Danish powerhouse FC Copenhagen after catching the club’s eye during a standout trial period. The promising midfielder will join the reigning Danish champions in January when he turns 16, marking an exciting new chapter in his young career.
Young Talent Joins Denmark’s Top Club
Christian Hamšík has been developing his skills with Slovak side MFK Dukla Banská Bystrica, where his talent quickly attracted international attention. Now, he’ll be stepping onto a bigger stage with FC Copenhagen, a club that regularly features in the UEFA Champions League. During his 12-year spell with the Partenopei, Hamšík lifted two Coppa Italia titles and became one of the club’s all-time icons.
